Aloe Vera, Aloe Barbadensis

Aloe Vera is a commonly used substance in medicines. It is found almost in all of Indian herbal medicines and is termed as a remedy for various ill-affects against skin.

Its family name is—Liliaceae, botanical name is Aloe Vera, Alobe Barbadensis and parts used are flowers, roots, basically found in south and south western India.
