arthritis
Arthritis, a rare disease in the olden days
has become one of the very known and common diseases in the
modern world. Once upon a time, Arthritis was a disease that
attacked only the aged people; however, in the today's world
you can see that even teenagers are victims of this disease.
With the invention of many gadgets and machines
to substitute the man's work, he has become too dependent,
and lost the connection with the nature, due to which he has
become the house of many diseases like diabetes, arthritis,
high blood pressure, and so on.
Inflammation of the joints, muscles, ligaments,
and cartilages (soft tissues around the joint) is one of the
important characteristics of arthritis.

Due to this, the range of motion of the joints is
largely decreased. Sometimes, it leads to the immobilization of
the joint. Cold weathers are enemies for the people affected by
arthritis, as there will be severe pain in the joints.
Arthritis can be hereditary sometimes. Accumulation
of toxins, and increase in the air in the joints cause arthritis.
The main signs and symptoms of arthritis are pain, tenderness,
swelling, redness, and warmth around the joints affected.
Sometimes, crepitus may occur due to degeneration of the
joint. Arthritis weakens the digestion, causes constipation,
and reduces the physical activity.
Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid, septic, gouty, and psoriatic
arthritis are few types, of which osteoarthritis is most common
of this present generation. |

To increase the digestion and remove constipation,
a clove of garlic, roasted in the ghee can be taken after meals,
or two cloves of ginger should be mashed, and boiled with water.
The mixture should be sieved to remove the waste,
and the watery part should be consumed. You can even mix a teaspoon
of cinnamon powder and honey each in warm water, and consume this
mixture twice a day to cure arthritis. There are many cures for
this disease if taken care in its initial stages.
