Constipation
Constipation symptoms as envisaged by the history of herbal medicine on which Ayurveda treatments are based;

  • Pinch of asafoetida wrapped in small pieces of jaggery. Dosage: Half an hour before meals.

Home remedy in Ayurveda's teachings, recipe;

Ideal to apply for children between the age of 7 and 12 years of age. 20 grams of jaggery must be consumed in the morning followed after 10 minutes with Celery seeds (Ajwain) added with salt (2 grams of celery seeds applied to one gram of salt) with warm water.
