Shanama Balancing Therapy

The word Shamana in itself from which this Ayurveda therapy takes its name literally means to suppress and / or balance.

The health herbal therapy mentioned here is advisable for anyone suffering from light disorders where the Doshas are not well rooted yet. On the other hand, the elimination therapy is time consuming whereas time is an important factor for healing herbal ailments in today's life.

During the Shamana therapies one has to undergo a particular Ayurveda diet contradictory to increasing Doshas in order to refrain and balancing the disordered Doshas.
